- Address: C/ Euskadi 1, 46520 Puerto de Sagunto, Valencia, España.
- Contact email: hola@luliette.es.
- Phone: +34 641 32 75 93.

Products and prices
Prices include VAT. Before paying you see the order's total, with shipping and its price.
We design and print every piece on our own printers and finish it by hand in our workshop: we don't sell pieces made by others. Some start from designs by other creators, which we use under their licence to make and sell them.
The photos are of the piece we sell. Because of 3D printing and hand finishing, each piece may show small differences in texture or shade; never differences that change what its page says: that would be a lack of conformity, and the guarantee covers you.
Buying a piece buys the object, not its design or its 3D file: they can't be copied or reproduced without our permission or their author's.
How an order is placed
- You add the pieces to the cart.
- At "Checkout" you write your contact and delivery details. You can review and correct them at any time before paying: each field is checked and we tell you what is missing or not valid.
- You accept these terms and press "Place order and pay".
- You pay on the secure page of Stripe, our payment provider.
- We email you the order's confirmation.
The contract is made in Spanish; the English version is a translation. We keep with your order a copy of the terms you accepted, and send it to you in full in the confirmation email. You must be of legal age to buy.
Payment
You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payment happens on Stripe's secure page: we never see or keep your card's details. You are charged when you confirm the order, and the order is placed when you pay for it.
We email you the confirmation, with these terms in full as you accepted them, your right of withdrawal and its form, and how to complain.
Invoice
Every order has its simplified invoice, or a full one if you give us your tax details. We give it to you electronically: as soon as it's issued, we email you the link to your order's page, where you can see it and download it as a PDF. If a refund needs a corrective invoice, it reaches you the same way, in its own email. If you'd rather have it on paper, ask us at the contact email and we'll send it at no cost.
Shipping
- Shipping to mainland Spain: €4.50.
- Free from €50.00.
- Pieces in stock leave the workshop in 2–4 working days; made-to-order pieces take what their page says.
- We don't ship to the Balearic or Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
We deliver within 30 calendar days of the order at most, unless the piece's page says otherwise. If it doesn't arrive in time, you can give us a suitable extra period; if it still doesn't arrive, you can end the contract and we refund what you paid without delay (article 66 bis of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from receiving a stock or made-to-order piece to withdraw from the purchase, without giving a reason. If the order arrives in several parcels, the period runs from when you receive the last one.
- You can withdraw within 14 calendar days of receiving a stock or made-to-order piece.
- You pay the return shipping.
- Address for returns: C/ Euskadi 1, 46520 Puerto de Sagunto, Valencia, España.
- Personalised pieces (with your own text or name, design or measurements) can't be withdrawn from (article 103.c of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007); choosing one of our colours or sizes doesn't make a piece personalised.
- If anything arrives faulty or isn't what you bought, we put it right at no cost under the three-year legal guarantee.
We refund what you paid, standard outbound shipping included, within 14 days of you telling us you're withdrawing, by the same means you paid with and at no cost to you. We may wait until we receive the pieces, or until you show us you've sent them. You must send them back within 14 days of telling us, and you're liable for any loss in value if you've handled them more than needed to see what they're like.
How to withdraw, and the model form: how to withdraw from a purchase.
Personalised pieces
These can't be withdrawn from, because they're made to your specifications: with your own text or name, design or measurements (article 103.c of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). Made-to-order pieces from our catalogue, in our colours and sizes, can be, like stock ones.
Cancelling before we ship
Until we ship your order, you can cancel pieces from your order's page: stock and made-to-order pieces until it ships, and personalised ones until we start making them. You send nothing back: we refund what you paid for them within 14 days, by the same means of payment, and email you when we do. We refund the shipping if you cancel every piece; if you cancel only some, the rest ships at no extra cost, even if it falls below the free-shipping amount.
A personalised piece may carry a design and personalisation fee, apart from the piece, which we show on its page, in the cart and on the invoice before you pay. It's a fixed amount for the design work, never a share of the order: if you cancel the piece once the design is done, the fee isn't refunded; if we are the ones who can't make the piece, we refund it in full.
Custom designs
If you ask us for a custom design, before you pay for it we email you a quote with the piece's description, its price with VAT and shipping, the delivery time, how to pay and that it can't be withdrawn from. When you pay for it, we email you the confirmation.
We look at each request and may turn it down if it isn't feasible for technical, cost, safety or third-party-rights reasons. Unless the quote says otherwise, paying for the order doesn't give you the rights to the design or its 3D file: you receive the piece.
If you send us a design, an image or a 3D model, you confirm you have the right to use it and to have us reproduce it, and we use it only for your order. We may turn down an order that infringes others' rights (characters, brands or protected designs) or that is illegal or dangerous.
Guarantee
If a piece doesn't conform to what you bought, you can ask us to repair or replace it. If that isn't possible, or we don't do it within a reasonable time, you can ask for a price reduction or end the contract. All at no cost to you. The legal guarantee lasts three years from delivery.
Normal wear from use, or damage from using the piece against what its page says, isn't by itself a lack of conformity.
Complaints
- You can complain with the shop's complaints form, by email (hola@luliette.es), by phone (+34 641 32 75 93) or by post (C/ Euskadi 1, 46520 Puerto de Sagunto, Valencia, España).
- When we receive your complaint we email you an acknowledgement with its complaint number (with the form, we also show it on screen), and we answer within 15 days at most.
- The official complaint forms of the Valencian Community (hojas de reclamaciones) are also available to you: ask us for them by any of those means and we'll send them.
The quickest way is the complaints form: we give you its number at once and email you the receipt.
We don't take part in any arbitration or out-of-court dispute resolution scheme. If we don't resolve your complaint, you can go to the Consumer Arbitration Board of the Valencian Community (Junta Arbitral de Consumo de la Comunitat Valenciana); we'll tell you then whether we accept its arbitration.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the rules that protect you as a consumer and can't be excluded.
Your account
Creating an account is optional and free: you can buy without one. You can delete it whenever you like from "Your account", at no cost; your orders and their invoices are kept, no longer linked to the account, for as long as the law requires.
