Withdrawal

Your right to withdraw

You can withdraw from stock or made-to-order pieces within 14 calendar days of receiving them, without giving a reason. If the order arrives in several parcels, the period runs from when you receive the last one. Personalised pieces (with your own text or name, design or measurements) can't be withdrawn from (article 103.c of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007); choosing one of our colours or sizes doesn't make a piece personalised.

How to withdraw

Online: from your order's page, with the «Withdraw from the contract here» button, or here, with the order number and your email. You choose the pieces, confirm, and we email you an acknowledgement straight away with the date and time. You can withdraw that way from some pieces now and from others later, while the period lasts.

You can also send us the form below, or any clear statement that you're withdrawing, to the contact email or the postal address shown in the form. We confirm by email that we've received it.

What happens next

If we haven't shipped the order yet, withdrawing is cancelling: you send nothing back, and we refund what you paid for those pieces within 14 days; the shipping, if you cancel every piece.

We refund what you paid, standard outbound shipping included, within 14 days of you telling us you're withdrawing, by the same means you paid with and at no cost to you. We may wait until we receive the pieces, or until you show us you've sent them. You must send them back within 14 days of telling us, and you're liable for any loss in value if you've handled them more than needed to see what they're like.

  • If anything arrives faulty or isn't what you bought, we put it right at no cost under the three-year legal guarantee.
